Halloween is visible in the dates: a noticeable cluster of this category was filmed within two weeks of the end of October, and those uploads tend to be the most elaborate, because the costume was bought for something else first. Effort varies enormously and that is part of the appeal. Some creators commission wigs and do full makeup; others put on ears and start filming. Character work sometimes extends to voice and staying in role, which pushes those videos towards Roleplay as well. Every performer here is an adult.
